We proudly offer complimentary fully insured overnight shipping within the United States on all timepieces. Each order is discreetly packaged and handled with the utmost care and security.

To protect your investment, all domestic shipments are delivered to a secure hold-for-pickup location that you provide as your shipping address. This ensures your timepiece is never left unattended or exposed to delivery risks. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details and pickup instructions.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us at info@krolux.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

2. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. To arrange a secure, private handoff, please contact us directly after placing your order.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping via trusted, insured expedited delivery services. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the declared value of the timepiece. While we do not offer complimentary international shipping, we ensure a secure and efficient process for our global clients.

International buyers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local fees, which are not included in the purchase price. These charges must be paid upon receipt in accordance with your country’s regulations.

4. Delivery Exceptions & Risk of Loss

KROLUX is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather disruptions, or other events beyond our control. In the rare event of a delayed or lost package, we will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep you updated throughout the process.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. If a package is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details, any reshipment fees or related costs will be the responsibility of the client.

Risk of loss transfers to the client upon confirmed delivery and pickup at the designated location.
