1. Inspection Period
At KROLUX, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional timepieces and a seamless purchasing experience. Each item is carefully inspected, photographed, and documented prior to shipment. Upon delivery, you are granted a forty-eight (48) hour inspection window to evaluate your purchase.
During this period, you may try on the timepiece indoors to confirm satisfaction. If for any reason you wish to return the item, a request must be submitted within the 48-hour window as outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and full refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must remain in original, unworn condition with no signs of wear, damage, or handling marks.
- All original accessories must be included and intact, including protective stickers, tags, booklets, and packaging.
- The bracelet must not be resized or adjusted.
- The case back must not be opened or tampered with.
- The serial number must match our internal records and remain unaltered.
- The return request must be submitted to info@krolux.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
Any return that does not meet these criteria will be declined and the item will be returned to the client.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our client care team at info@krolux.com within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery. Include your first and last name, items purchased, and a brief description of your concern.
Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions regarding the return procedure, including required shipping method and packing protocol.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the client. If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including the required shipping method and specific packaging requirements. All return shipments must comply with these instructions, including full insurance and tracking. KROLUX is not liable for damage or loss resulting from improper shipping or packaging.
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and verified by our team, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
For payments made by wire transfer or cryptocurrency, the refund will be issued via wire transfer to the originating account. Any applicable transfer or processing fees may be deducted from the refund total.
Please allow additional time for banks and financial institutions to complete processing.
6. Final Sale Items
After the forty-eight (48) hour inspection period has passed, all sales are considered final. The following categories are not eligible for return at any time:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
- Custom or special order items
- Gift cards or store credits
- Products showing any signs of wear, bracelet adjustment, tampering, or alteration
7. Payment Disputes
KROLUX takes pride in providing transparent documentation, including pre-shipment photos and video documentation, serial verification, and proof of delivery. By placing an order, you agree to abide by this return policy.
Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed in contradiction of this policy will be challenged using all supporting documentation. Filing a chargeback outside of policy terms may result in a permanent restriction from future purchases.
